ISSUE: UIU Download Capability Enhancement
Description:
- Code enhancements now provide ability to add/modify selection
of download service providers (domestic and international) in real
time.
Note:
- Online Updates will now allow users to select UIU Program
Updates as well as UIU Driver Updates from the same screen.
ISSUE: The UIU requires Computer Name to complete Sysprep
Configuration for Windows Vista
Symptoms:
- Utilizing an "*" or a blank space in the Computer Name field
produces a randomly generated name and does not prompt for Computer
Name upon deployment
Resolution:
- Option added to UIU Sysprep GUI for Windows Vista to invoke
Windows Welcome upon deployment.
ISSUE: Windows Vista Unattend Error
Symptoms:
- Adding AutoLoginEnabled to the unattend.XML answer file in
Windows Vista produces an Unattend Error.
Resolution:
- AutoLoginEnabled default selection set to false while executing
on Windows Vista.
