Software company Big Bang LLC announces highest revenue in company history for first two quarters 2009.
Struggling IT departments turn to Big Bang software - Universal Imaging Utility (UIU) for hard drive imaging solution.
MILWAUKEE - July 15, 2009 - Today, Big Bang LLC announced that
revenue for the first two quarters of 2009 was the highest ever
achieved in company history. The company was founded in 2004 after
developing the hardware-independent Windows® imaging software, the
Universal Imaging Utility (UIU). The UIU is patented technology
that makes possible the creation of a master hard drive image, that
once cloned, can be deployed to any laptop or desktop regardless of
manufacturer.
Overall revenue for the UIU has increased steadily since its
inception. With the onset of the recession in late 2008 and the
associated layoffs worldwide, Big Bang clients reported less
available staff, yet saw little reduction in existing workload
requirements. They indicated an immediate need for increased
efficiency, greater consistency and faster turnaround from IT
support. Consequently, total UIU sales for the first quarter of
2009 increased 18% over the previous year, and 26% over 2007.
Cumulated sales for the first six months of 2009 rose by 20% year
to year over 2008.
"We feel very fortunate to be where we are financially," said Big
Bang President, Adam Murphy. "Hard drive imaging is an IT standard
for most organizations, and so the process hasn't been reviewed or
challenged for years. It's unfortunate that it took a recession for
some to realize that adding the UIU to their imaging process can
make such a tremendous difference. We are glad that more are
becoming aware of the UIU's capabilities though, as we know it will
help the bottom line of every business we touch."
The UIU has been effectively deployed to over 1.5 million PC's
worldwide for companies, government and healthcare agencies, and
educational institutions. About Big Bang LLC
